Do you have a morning ritual?
One of the chats I have with clients are about morning rituals, or the lack of them! How often when we wake up do we groan about it being morning already, cringe with the thought of everything that we have to do in the day, the racing around to collect the children, rushing off to work and the hassle that creates, the chores, and so it goes on.
Before we even get out of bed we’re exhausted.
Or how about waking up and giving yourself a few moments to just lie there or sit up and get excited for the day ahead, be grateful for the wonders that are awaiting you that you don’t even know about yet. To breathe in the love and light of the universe, to have a chat with your angels and guides, asking them to help you with what may appear as a problem for you, asking them to help you have a day that aligns with your soul path; a day lived for your highest good.
Maybe you have a routine of mediation, or yoga or dancing around the kitchen. A morning routine that includes a short meditation is so beneficial in many ways. Just 5 minutes can set you up and get your mind focused and your body ready to go.
Focus on the picture and breathe in the golden light. Feel it flooding your entire body, every cell waking and being bathed in beautiful light. Feel the connection between you and the Universe and Gaia.
