Have you like me been getting repeating messages; same song, same topics of conversations, same word repeated over and over?
The word that keeps popping up is PEACE. Yes PEACE.
It’s not been a year of peace has it; anger, fear, frustration, uncertainty and depression, yes; PEACE no.
How do we find peace when everything around us is chaotic and uncertain? The key is to look inside us, not outside. Do things that nurture you and bring you into a place of calm and tranquillity.
Meditation is obviously a good place to start, but if you’re feeling low and struggling it’s not easy to tune out. Getting out in nature is very good for us; walking in the woods or the park, hills or beach will re connect us, especially if we do a grounding exercise.
Think about where you feel at peace, are you in a certain place, or with specific people, or alone chatting with a crystal, playing with pets. Whatever it is, do it frequently.
Remember Peace comes from within.
